The hotel's decoration and general areas were very elegant and welcoming. As a senior woman, I appreciated the accessibility of the hotel for people of my age. The hallways were wide, allowing for easy navigation with a walker or wheelchair. The seating areas were comfortable and well-placed, allowing me to take a rest whenever needed.
I would have liked to see more helpful assistance from the staff regarding activities suitable for senior guests.

Low-budget hotel in a NICE place. Appreciated the budget twin room we had. Just a 10-minute stroll to the center. It offers good prices.

The hotel was clean, friendly staff, easy navigation, close proximity to the beach, good breakfast, Irish pub with great local beer on tap.
Nothing, all great.

The hotel has a wide range of facilities including a swimming pool, whirlpool, saunas, a steambath, an Irish Pub, a brasserie. There are also a billiard table, fitness center, and squash hall. The convenient location and the availability of a parking garage are added advantages. The parking system is well-organized, allowing guests to register their car number plates in advance. The option of 6 saunas is a rare treat.
Felt very comfortable and had no complaints at all.

Great for romantic getaways
Located just minutes away from the beach, this hotel is perfect for a romantic escape. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a choice of bathtub or shower. They also offer recreational activities like bowling and workout facilities. The restaurant provides a range of delicious options for breakfast and lunch.
The restaurant doesn't offer à la carte options, and the service is generalized for everyone who comes. The internet service is quite expensive and slow for our usage.

We had a great stay with spacious rooms, sauna facilities, and friendly staff. The location is perfect for beach lovers, just a short walk away. Breakfast is good, and the bar has an extensive selection of locally brewed beers.
Nothing to mention.

This hotel is located incredibly close to the North Sea shore in a small, peaceful town. You can practically hear the waves crashing from your window. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and balconies. The breakfast has everything you could need, and the hotel offers many amenities such as a pool, play area, and bowling alley.
The service at this hotel could use some improvement. The staff can be unfriendly and unhelpful, especially upon check-in.

Nothing, everything was great.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a four-star hotel on the North Sea shore, and I can honestly say that this place was a complete gem. The location, nestled in a quiet little town, was an absolute delight. Just a short walk from the hotel, I found myself relaxing on the sandy beaches and enjoying the calming sound of the waves. And let me tell you, the service at this hotel was top-notch. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and made me feel right at home. Plus, the room amenities were a delightful surprise. From the cozy heating to the convenient tea and coffee facilities, this hotel truly knew how to enhance my comfort.
If you're a family looking to have a memorable vacation, I highly recommend this hotel.

Pleasant Surprise
During my recent stay in a hotel close to the beach, I was pleasantly surprised by the hidden gem that is Zuiderduin. The hotel's location is ideal, just a stone's throw away from the beautiful beach and a charming little town. The rooms are spacious and clean, offering a comfortable retreat after a day of exploration. I particularly enjoyed the wellness center, which provided a much-needed relaxation experience. The friendly and accommodating staff made me feel welcome throughout my stay. While the breakfast lacked variety, the quality of the food exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Zuiderduin for a memorable weekend getaway at the Dutch coast.

I was really impressed with the value for money at Zuiderduin. The room was great, clean and comfortable. The location was fantastic, just a stone's throw away from the beach. The staff treated me with utmost friendliness and kindness throughout my stay.
The breakfast menu could use some improvement - it needs more variety.

The hotel is conveniently located near the beach and town center, which made it easy to get around. The Christmas dinner offered was amazing, with a vast spread of different dishes. The live music during Christmas eve dinner added to the festivities.
The elevators were small and at times crowded, making it difficult to go up and down the floors. The mattresses were not very comfortable and could use an upgrade.

My wife, 4-year-old daughter, and I stayed at Hotel Zuiderduin for a week. The location was perfect for us, just a 5-minute walk to the beach and close to Amsterdam and Alkmaar. The hotel had excellent facilities, including a swimming pool, whirlpool, 5 saunas, and a steam bath. We enjoyed the convenience of the Irish Pub, brasserie, and buffet restaurant. The staff was friendly and helpful, speaking German, English, and Dutch. Our daughter loved the free kids fun park. a great hotel with a lot to offer!
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.
